What’s covered

Coverage that has your back.

From the finishes you see every day to the structure you never think about, your home is protected.

First-year workmanship

Throughout your first full year of ownership, your home is covered by the Candlelight Homes Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. If something isn't right, we make it right.

Long-term structural warranty

The major structural elements of your home — the bones that hold everything up — carry extended coverage well beyond that first year, so you can settle in for the long haul.

The Homeowner's Manual

Your manual spells out our performance standards in plain language: what's warrantable, what's routine homeowner maintenance, and exactly how to request service when you need it.

How to request service

Four simple steps, start to finish.

01

Sign in to the portal

Submit your request through our online warranty portal using your homeowner account. It's available anytime, day or night.

02

Submit one request per issue

Enter a separate claim for each item so we can route every one to the right trade. The more detail you give, the faster we can help.

03

We notify the right team

Our Warranty Department is notified automatically and directs the appropriate contractor to your request — no chasing required.

04

Schedule the repair

The contractor reaches out to you directly to set up a time that works, and gets it taken care of.

From a Candlelight homeowner

“We had a couple small things come up in our first few months and the warranty portal made it painless. Submitted online, the right person called us, and it was handled. That’s exactly the peace of mind you want in a new home.”
