The Firefly Vision

Where kids play outside instead of online.

Firefly is Utah’s only Active Family Community — a place built from the ground up to get kids off their screens, back outside, and connected to the people who matter most.

Watch the vision

Hear it from our president.

The story behind Firefly — why we built a whole community to get kids back outside.

We’re concerned parents, just like you

Our children deserve better adventures, better relationships, better experiences.

We didn’t set out to build just another subdivision. We set out to solve a problem every parent feels. Screens are winning. Childhood is shrinking. And the years we have with our kids are slipping by faster than any of us want to admit.

Firefly is our answer — a community designed so that the most fun thing to do is outside, with the people who live next door. Making memories beyond your screen shouldn’t be hard. At Firefly, it’s the easiest thing in the world.

Maximize the time you have left

75% of your time with your kids is gone by age 12.

That statistic stopped us cold. By the time a child turns twelve, most of the hours you’ll ever spend with them under your roof are already behind you. The question isn’t whether those years will pass — it’s how you’ll spend them.

Firefly is built so that the answer is easy: outside, together, on bikes and trails and courts and splash pads — making the kind of memories your kids will carry for life.

The region’s only Activities Director

Amenities are nice. Someone planning the fun is everything.

Most communities build a park and hope you use it. Firefly hired someone whose entire job is to bring neighbors together. Our full-time Activities Director plans weekly events — youth sports leagues, scavenger hunts, nature walks, food trucks, holiday parties, and outdoor movie nights — designed to facilitate quality time and pull everyone off their devices.

It’s how a neighborhood becomes a community, and how strangers become the friends your kids grow up with.
