Pick your home
Choose a move-in ready home, or pick a lot and build one of 20+ designs from the ground up in about six months.
Personalize it
Free design assistance at our own design center, Carpet Diem — finishes, fixtures and upgrades, chosen with a consultant.
Get the keys
One standard mortgage, closed when the home is finished. Up to $10,000 toward closing costs with a preferred lender.

Before you visit
How long before I can move into my new home?
When you choose your lot and build from the ground up, your home will take about six months from start to finish. Can't wait? We always build a select number of beautiful, professionally designed homes ready for quick move-in.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes. Rather than a single in-house mortgage company, we have partnered with three local lenders — Northpointe Bank, First Colony and Guild Mortgage — with a variety of lending programs, including up to $20,000 in Utah Housing Corporation first-time homebuyer assistance. Candlelight Homes offers up to $10,000 toward closing costs on single-family homes and up to $8,000 on townhomes.
What amenities does Firefly have?
Over 350 acres of amenities, trails and open space — a pump track, a skate and wheels park, downhill mountain bike trails, basketball and pickleball courts, multi-sport fields and Leap Frog Park. Firefly also has the region's only full-time Activities Director running events for kids of all ages.
