New Townhomes in Eagle Mountain – Candlelight Homes Releases New Amenity Plans for Evans Ranch
Eagle Mountain, UT — Candlelight Homes just released a new townhome phase at Evans Ranch, Eagle Mountain’s only master-planned community with six unique amenity offerings. Over the next two years, the development team will complete The Ranch Club with amenities including acres of open space, three playgrounds, resort-style pool and hot tub, basketball court, and miles of trails.
“There’s a lot of interest in the community,” said Joe Salisbury, a Candlelight Homes partner. “Evans Ranch is a very unique community that brings a new level of living to Eagle Mountain. We are excited to offer competitively priced homes with all the amenity perks a buyer is looking for when buying their dream home.”
During the VIP preview event, attendees lined up to be the first homeowners in the new community. Several homesites are available for immediate move-in. In future releases, buyers can design their own interior finishes, a luxury that many townhomes built by other builders in the area do not provide. New townhomes start from the low $200s and feature 93% efficiency furnaces and Nest Learning Thermostats.
Buyers interested in the area may contact New Home Specialist at (801) 960-2751 or visit www.CandlelightHomes.com.
