New Homes in Bella Vida – Candlelight Homes Releases New Homesites in North Salt Lake
North Salt Lake, UT — Candlelight Homes just released new homesites for sale in Bella Vida at Eaglewood to accommodate those looking for a new home in the eastern foothills of North Salt Lake. Homesites will be fully landscaped and the HOA will provide continued maintenance of all the open space.
“We are excited to be building our homes in such an exclusive neighborhood overlooking the Great Salt Lake,” said Joe Salisbury, Candlelight Homes Partner. “It’s one of the last remaining areas available with panoramic views and upscale amenities including a clubhouse and resort-style pool.”
During the VIP preview event, attendees lined up to be the first homeowners in this new community and purchased 67% of the available homesites. Homes in Bella Vida start in the mid $300s and include a home technology package with phone, internet, security and DirecTV.
Buyers interested in the area may contact a New Home Specialist at (801) 960-2751 or visit www.CandlelightHomes.com/Bella-Vida.
