Candlelight Homes Sells 64% of Homesites in One Day
February 8th, 2017
Last weekend, Candlelight Homes introduced Edelweiss, a brand new community along the east bench of Draper. During our grand release event, an impressive 64% of all homesites were sold! Attendees lined up to be the first homeowners in this breathtaking community, which offers unobstructed views of Salt Lake Valley and the surrounding mountainside. Homes in Edelweiss will be distinctly unique with upgraded exterior elevations and landscaping.
Homes in this exclusive community start from the high $300s. As always, every Candlelight home includes Smart Home technology, which allows homeowners to control their home from their phone. See who is on your front porch, unlock your door, and adjust your thermostat – all with the touch of a button.
To keep up with the demand, additional homesites have just been released for sale. Contact one of Candlelight’s New Home Specialist at 801-960-2751 to receive a community map with the most up-to-date information!
