The Pomerelle

The Pomerelle Plan

The Pomerelle is a charming rambler floor plan that features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept living space. Off the main entrance are two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, and down the hall is a mudroom/laundry room combination with access to the garage. Toward the back of the home is the great room, which includes a semi-formal dining area, ergonomic kitchen, and cozy family room. The patio off the dining room makes it easy to enjoy outdoor meals for every occasion.

On the opposite side of the home, adjacent to the main living space, is a large primary bedroom that connects an equally large primary bathroom and walk-in closet. There’s plenty of space to add a freestanding tub and double sinks, making it an oasis of relaxation. Need more room as you plan for the future? This is just one of more than 20 home designs that offer an optional ADU (accessory dwelling unit) with a separate entrance for a granny flat, dedicated teen zone, or rental unit.
