The Durango is a beautiful, two-story floor plan with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. On the main floor, a formal living room/office is right off the entryway, and the primary en suite with a massive walk-in closet is just around the corner. A mudroom, powder bath, and pantry are located off the garage entrance, making it easy to unload and drop groceries on the way into the kitchen. Everything you need is easily accessible on the main floor. Need more room? Choose the optional ADU (accessory dwelling unit) with a separate entrance for a mother-in-law suite, dedicated teen hangout space, or a rental unit.
