About
We build beautiful.
Candlelight Homes has built some of Utah’s most awarded homes — and the communities that make them feel like home. We’re a family-focused, detail-obsessed builder on a simple mission: the most beautiful homes, at the greatest value, in our market.
Who we are
Building beautiful in Utah.
Candlelight Homes started with a belief that’s held true ever since: a beautiful home shouldn’t be out of reach. Over the years that idea has grown into one of Utah’s most decorated homebuilders — recognized nationally for design, named to the Inc. 5000, and trusted by thousands of families from Bluffdale to Eagle Mountain.
We’re still family-focused, still obsessed with the details, and still building the kind of homes — and communities — we’d want for our own families.

What we build by
The values behind every home.
We’ve built our reputation one home at a time. These are the principles that show up in every floor plan, every finish, and every family we work with.
Beautiful is in the details
Award-winning design isn't an accident. It's the natural light, the window placement, the trim, the transitions — the hundred small decisions most builders skip. We obsess over them.
The greatest value in the market
Our purpose is to provide the most beautiful, highest-tech homes at the greatest value in Northern Utah. Beautiful shouldn't mean unattainable — and with us, it doesn't.
It's all about relationships
We design around how people actually live, and we stay with you every step of the way — from your first walk-through to long after you've moved in.
Built for the way you live
Smart home technology, energy efficiency, and indoor-outdoor living come standard. We build homes that are as easy to live in as they are to look at.
How we work
One team, with you every step of the way.
Building a home should feel exciting, not exhausting. Our New Home Specialists, designers, and construction team work together so you always know where things stand — with weekly updates, honest answers, and a finished home that lives up to the day you signed.
It’s why so many of our homeowners describe the experience the same way: no pressure, real care, and concerns addressed beyond expectation.
Recognized across the industry
Award-winning, year after year.
